Cleaning cost are charged per stay. It does not matter if this is 1 night or 3 months. The price quoted is for normal cleanup.
For your convenience, there is a coin operated laundromat on site.
Local taxes are 15%
With some rules in place we can rent to guest who want to bring a dog. This for an extra one time cleaning fee depending on size of the dog. From $25 to $95 for shedding dogs. Sorry we can not accept cats.
